Click IT! aims to introduce ICT into nursery schools as a child’s first step in learning about computers, what they do, how they work and how they can be used to support all aspects of life.

Click IT! was established in 1999. The Government had just introduced the Early Learning Goals, which set the requirement that pre-school children should be introduced to computers as part of their everyday learning. Our aim therefore, was to provide mobile ICT support to children aged two to five years within nursery schools.

As a business providing ICT tuition to the pre-school market, Click IT! is unique in that it offers a service within nursery schools during term time and school hours, working with young children in their own safe and familiar learning environment. The lessons are designed to be both fun and educational with activities to cater for every level of learning from the beginner to the ‘Whizz - Kid’.

Today, with ICT a compulsory part of the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum and with schools told to put computer skills on the same footing as the three R’s, Click IT! is expanding at a fast pace with more and more nurseries signing up to our service.
